You all did a wonderful job.&amp;nbsp; :-)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deadline to enter the District level is JANUARY 29th.&amp;nbsp; You must register online at &lt;a href="https://www.4honline.com/default.aspx" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;https://www.4honline.com/default.aspx&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once you have registered please e-mail a copy of your recipe to Delma Yancy at the Extension Office.&amp;nbsp; Please put the name of your recipe and PDF in the subject line.&amp;nbsp; For example "Cream Corn PDF".&amp;nbsp; That is all that is required.&amp;nbsp; She will then post them to the D5 website to submit them for the Food Show.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember that there IS a proper procedure for writing your recipe. &amp;nbsp; Use the&lt;a href="http://d54-h.tamu.edu/files/2010/09/Food-Show-Form-Packet1.pdf"&gt; &lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;Check Sheet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; to make sure you have everything correct.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Chef Camp 2010 is dedicated to enhancing each campers knowledge of  culinary arts -  ranging from lessons and activities on  plating and  presentation to learning about foods from around the world.  Campers  explore the world of culinary arts, but at the same time learn many  aspects of their own personal style.  Everyday is beneficial, creative,  and tons of fun. Austin University. The contest is modeled after  competitions on the Food  Network’s “Iron &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Chef”. It challenges teams of 4-H members to create a dish using only &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;predetermined number of ingredients. From these ingredients, team &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;members must identify &amp;amp; prepare the dish, then make a presentation  to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;the judges.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The presentation will include information about the  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;serving size, nutritional value &amp;amp; cost of the dish. The 4-H Food &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;Challenge allows members to demonstrate culinary and food  safety &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;"&gt;skills to judges &amp;amp; observers.
